Cyprum Aes Prototype line of ceiling lamps from copper knit and glass
Ages ago, copper was principally mined on Cyprus, hence the origin of the name of the metal as Cyprium.
Designer Daria Burlińska has a habit of exploring various sources, available already somewhere and turning them it something new. This time, using braid fabricated from such noble material and supplied already by the industry – designed prototypes of handcrafted Cyprum Aes (latin: metal from Cyprus) ceiling lamp line. Coming in S, M and L size (varies by lenght).
